Proper English
This is not an IM or an IRC chatroom, you're not in a hurry while typing - so take your time and use well-formed sentences. Try to make translations sound as natural as possible, while staying relatively close to the source material. Anything that does not sound completely babelfished should be fine.
Consistency
If you're adding something to an already existing section, keep to the format used therein, or propose an alternative format and discuss it with the team before switching over to that one. This applies to translations as well, the reference page can be found here, if you're uncertain.
Don't touch unless you're sure
Don't alter the Japanese text transcribed from the game, unless you're absolutely sure it's incorrect.
